Matt's List of Boycotted Companies

I figured I would start a list of companies that I will no longer support or purchase from.
To get things started for this list, I will add two companies recently in the news for what I consider "bad reasons".
- Ubisoft - They want customers to get comfortable with not owning the games they purchase. Focusing on subscriptions.
- Haier - Threatened to sue a developer who made an open source plugin for Home Assistant to control those appliances without using Haier's application which is persumably tracked for marketing persons.
- HP - Garbage company. Focusing on subscriptions for your printing. Lesser on the evil scale for a replacement would be Brother or Xerox.
I'll be updating this as much as possible whenever I make some decisions. Eventually, I will probably make another post about companies which I think are positive.
